LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 101B

Plan of premises to be retained and produced for inspection

    (1)     A licensee or permittee must keep on the licensed premises at all times a copy of the last plan or depiction of the licensed premises that was—

S. 101B(1)(a) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.149).

        (a)     submitted to the Commission under Division 4 of Part 2 as part of an application that was granted; or

S. 101B(1)(b) amended by Nos 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.149), 21/2015 s. 3(Sch. 1 item 31.1).

        (b)     certified by the Commission under section 101A

(whichever is the later document).

Penalty:     10 penalty units.

    (2)     The licensee or permittee must produce a copy of the plan or depiction for inspection if asked to do so by a police officer or a gambling and liquor inspector.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
