Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If liquor is kept for supply or consumption in premises occupied by a club in respect of which a licence is not in force, each director or member of the committee of management of the club is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: 25 penalty units.

(2) It is a defence to a prosecution under subsection (1) for the accused to prove that the liquor was kept in the club without their knowledge or contrary to their orders.
