LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 134

Presumption as to holder of licence or permit

In a proceeding under this Act against a person as the holder of a licence or BYO permit, the person is to be taken to be the holder of that licence or permit until the contrary is shown.
