LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 146DA

A person must not use or disclose any information received from the Commission or a police officer under section 146D except—

        (a)     for the purpose of enforcing a liquor accord ban; or

        (b)     as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
