LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 148Z

Refusal or failure to comply with requirement

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of a fire safety inspector under section 148Y.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
