Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may appoint one or more eligible persons as Deputy Chairpersons.
(2) The appointment may be on a full-time or part-time basis, on the terms and conditions determined by the Governor in Council.
