LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM ACT 1998 - SECT 31

S. 31(1) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.64).

    (1)     A licensee or permittee may apply to the Commission for relocation of the licence or BYO permit from the licensed premises to other premises.

    (2)     An application for relocation must—

        (a)     be in a form approved by the Commission; and

        (b)     include the prescribed particulars; and

        (c)     be accompanied by—

              (i)     the prescribed information (if any); and

S. 31(2)(c)(ia) inserted by No. 92/2004 s. 15(3), amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.64).

        (ia)     a plan or depiction of the premises to which it is sought to relocate the licence or BYO permit in a form specified by the Commission; and

              (ii)     the prescribed relocation fee.
