Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An occupier of any rateable land who makes any payment of a rate or charge on the land which is made under section 180 is entitled to deduct the amount from the occupier's rent.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the occupier has agreed to pay any rate or charge on that land.
