LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 207A

A person may make a submission under section 223 on the proposed exercise of any power under—

        (a)     clauses 1(b), 2, 3, 7 and 8(1)(a) of Schedule 10;

        (b)     clauses 9, 10(1)(c), 11 and 12 of Schedule 11;

        (c)     sections 204(1) and (2).
