LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2020 - SECT 160

Notice of a Councillor Conduct Panel

A Councillor Conduct Panel must—

        (a)     fix a time and a place for the hearing to be conducted; and

S. 160(b) amended by No. 23/2024 s. 63(1).

        (b)     serve a written notice of the time and place of the hearing on the applicant, the respondent and the Council.
