LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2020 - SECT 213

A person must not engage in conduct that constitutes a contravention of an order of a Commission of Inquiry under section 211(1) or  212(1) that is in force if the person—

        (a)     knows that the order is in force; or

        (b)     is reckless as to whether the order is in force.

Penalty:     120 penalty units.
