Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) As soon as possible after a candidate completes a candidate declaration after being requested by the election manager to do so, the election manager must publicly declare that candidate to be elected.
(2) The election manager must as soon as is practicable after publicly declaring the candidate to be elected—
(a) give public notice of the name of the person elected; and
(b) advise the Minister of the result.
