Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Section 145, as substituted by section 20 of the Local Government Legislation Amendment (Rating and Other Matters) Act 2022 , does not apply to an application made under section 143, or an internal arbitration process commenced, before the substitution of section 145.
(2) Section 147A does not apply to anything done or omitted to be done by an arbiter before the commencement of that section.
