Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may give general written directions to the Authority about the performance of the functions of the Authority, except in relation to those functions under Part 3 that relate to individual licence applications or investigations.
(2) The Minister, in writing, may direct the Authority to give the Minister reports on specified matters relating to the Authority's functions.
(3) The Authority must comply with a direction given under subsection (2) within a reasonable time.
