LABOUR HIRE LICENSING ACT 2018 - SECT 96

If the court orders a person to pay a pecuniary penalty for a contravention of a civil penalty provision—

        (a)     the penalty is to be paid to the Consolidated Fund; and

        (b)     the order is enforceable as a judgment debt.
