Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Victorian Legal Services Board must determine the required deposit amount for a law practice or an approved clerk in respect of a quarter as soon as practicable after the end of the previous quarter.
(2) The Victorian Legal Services Board must notify the law practice or approved clerk of the required deposit amount as soon as practicable after determining it, unless the required deposit amount is zero.
