Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Not later than 7 days after making a decision under section 12 to register or refuse to register a person as an employer, the registrar must give the person written notice of the decision.
(2) If the decision is to register the person, the notice must state the day on which the registration is effective.
(3) If the decision is to refuse to register the person, the notice must state the reasons for refusal.
