Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) There may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 any persons that are necessary for the purposes of performing the functions of the Authority.
(2) The Authority may enter into agreements or arrangements for the use of the services of any staff of a Department, statutory authority or other public body.
