MARINE AND COASTAL ACT 2018 - SECT 50

An environmental management plan must include—

S. 50(a) amended by No. 39/2018 s. 42A(3)(a) (as amended by No. 27/2019 s. 45).

        (a)     proposed actions to be undertaken to improve water quality, protect environmental values and to address threats relating to and affecting the area in respect of which the plan is prepared; and

S. 50(b) amended by No. 39/2018 s. 42A(3)(b) (as amended by No. 27/2019 s. 45).

        (b)     a description of how the plan promotes the objectives of any environment reference standard applying to that area; and

        (c)     an implementation plan, including proposed timeframes for the implementation of actions and the agencies responsible for delivering those actions; and

        (d)     a framework to monitor, evaluate and report on the implementation of the plan.
