Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) On and from the commencement of Part 4 of the State Sporting Legislation Amendment Act 2024 , the Trust is taken to be the same body as it was immediately before the commencement, despite the changes to the constitution of the Trust made by that Act, and no decision, matter or thing is to be affected by those changes.
(2) The members of the Trust holding office
immediately before the commencement of Part 4 of the State Sporting
Legislation Amendment Act 2024 continue to hold office as members after that
commencement on the same terms and conditions on which they held office as
members immediately before the commencement.
