(1) A warrant to imprison, a warrant to detain in a youth justice centre, a remand warrant, a warrant to seize property or an enforcement warrant [7] is not void only because of a defect or error in it if there is a valid order supporting it.

(2) A person acting under a warrant to seize property or an enforcement warrant [8] is not to be taken to be a trespasser from the beginning only because of a defect or error in it.
