Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA certificate issued by the Head, Transport for Victoria that states any of the following matters is admissible in proceedings under this Act and is evidence of the matters stated in the certificate—
(a) that a licence had or had not been issued to a particular person under this Act; or

(b) that the Head, Transport for Victoria or a person authorised by the Head, Transport for Victoria had a right to occupy land under Part 9 of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 .
