Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe amendments to section 87 of this Act made by Part 5 of the Road Safety (Amendment) Act 2003 apply to offences alleged to have been committed before, on or after the commencement of that Part and irrespective of whether or not a charge was filed or a courtesy letter or infringement notice was served before that commencement.
