MELBOURNE CITY LINK ACT 1995 - SECT 56A

S. 56A(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 186(Sch.  4 item 28.23).

    (1)     The Link corporation must give the Head, Transport for Victoria a copy of each notice given under section 55 as soon as practicable and not more than 7 days after the notice is given.

    (2)     The Link corporation must give the Head, Transport for Victoria a copy of each notice received by the Link corporation under section 56 as soon as practicable and not more than 7 days after receiving that notice.
