MELBOURNE CITY LINK ACT 1995 - SECT 56ZA

Who can determine matters referred to the Ministers?

On the referral of a matter to them under this Division, the Minister and the Utility Minister must—

        (a)     determine the matter; or

        (b)     appoint a person to determine the matter.
