Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf any land has been deemed to be temporarily reserved under section 4(1) of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 for public purposes, being, in particular, the purposes of the Project, by any provision of this Act as in force at any time before the commencement of section 16 of the Melbourne City Link (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2000 , for the avoidance of doubt it is declared that the reservation may be revoked under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 .
