MELBOURNE CITY LINK ACT 1995 - SECT 72C

    (1)     The Minister may specify the requirements to be met by the relevant corporation when taking action to recover a toll or a toll administration fee from a responsible person.

    (2)     The specified requirements must be published in the Government Gazette.
