MELBOURNE CITY LINK ACT 1995 - SECT 80A

S. 80A(1) amended by No. 70/2016 s. 44.

    (1)     If an enforcement officer has reason to believe that a relevant agency (other than the enforcement agency) has committed an offence against section 92(1) or (3), he or she may cause an infringement notice to be served on that relevant agency.

    (2)     An offence referred to in subsection (1) for which an infringement notice may be served is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 .
