MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 - SECT 54

A person to whom a witness summons is directed or who is the subject of an order under section 18 may make a complaint to Integrity Oversight Victoria in accordance with section 43(7) and (8) of the Integrity Oversight Victoria Act 2011 .
