Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary, by instrument, may delegate all or any of his or her functions or powers under this Part (other than this power of delegation) to a person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 .
(2) In the performance of a function, or exercise of a power, delegated under this section the delegate is subject to the Secretary's directions.
