MAJOR EVENTS ACT 2009 - SECT 176
Protection against self-incrimination
It is a reasonable excuse for a natural person to refuse or fail to give
information, or do any other thing that the person is required to do under
this Part, if giving the information or doing the thing would tend to
incriminate the person.
