MAJOR EVENTS ACT 2009 - SECT 179

    (1)     A person may complain to the Secretary about the exercise of a power by an authorised officer under this Part.

    (2)     The Secretary must—

        (a)     investigate the complaint; and

        (b)     provide a written report to the complainant on the results of the investigation.
