(1) The Mental Health Tribunal must give written notice of an order made under this Part to the following persons—
(a) the psychiatrist who made the application;
(b) the person in respect of whom the application was made;
(c) the chief psychiatrist.
(2) The Mental Health Tribunal must give a copy of the order to the person in respect of whom the order was made.
(3) As soon as practicable after the Mental Health Tribunal makes an order under this Division, the psychiatrist who applied for the order must take reasonable steps to ensure that a statement of rights is given to the person notified under subsection (1)(b).
