MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 - SECT 209

Revocation of treatment order in other circumstances

A treatment order is revoked if—

        (a)     another treatment order is made in respect of the treatment patient; or

        (b)     a secure treatment order or court secure treatment order is made in respect of the treatment patient; or

        (c)     the person is detained in a designated mental health service under section 30(2) or 30A(3) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 .
