Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) To avoid doubt, this Division does not prevent the chief psychiatrist from using or disclosing any information in the possession or control of the chief psychiatrist as a result of conducting a clinical review if the chief psychiatrist is satisfied that the use or disclosure of the information is necessary to prevent serious harm to a person's health or safety.
(2) Nothing in this Division prevents a relevant person from including information in any document that does not contain any particulars which would be likely to lead to the identification of a person from whom or in relation to whom the information was obtained or the identification of a mental health and wellbeing service provider from which or in relation to which the information was obtained.
