(1) To avoid doubt, this Division does not prevent the chief psychiatrist from using or disclosing any information in the possession or control of the chief psychiatrist as a result of conducting a clinical review if the chief psychiatrist is satisfied that the use or disclosure of the information is necessary to prevent serious harm to a person's health or safety.
(2) Nothing in this Division prevents a relevant person from including information in any document that does not contain any particulars which would be likely to lead to the identification of a person from whom or in relation to whom the information was obtained or the identification of a mental health and wellbeing service provider from which or in relation to which the information was obtained.
