MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 - SECT 376

Details of person not to be published without consent of President and subject person

The name and other identifying details of a person who is the subject of a proceeding before the Mental Health Tribunal must not be published unless written consent has been obtained from—

        (a)     the President; and

        (b)     the person who is the subject of a proceeding.
