MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 - SECT 391

    (1)     The Rules Committee may make rules regulating the practice and procedure of the Tribunal.

    (2)     The Rules Committee may issue practice notes relating to the practice and procedure of the Tribunal.
