Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) There may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 any employees that are necessary for the administration of this Act or to enable the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission to perform its functions and exercise its powers.
(2) The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission may engage any consultant, contractor or agent required to assist the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission in performing its functions.
(3) The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission may enter into agreements or arrangements for the use of the services of any staff of a Department or a public sector body.
