(1) On completing a follow up investigation, the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission must prepare a written report of the investigation.
(2) The follow up investigation report must set out—
(a) whether the Commission has found that a mental health and wellbeing service provider has failed to take the actions—
(i) that the mental health and wellbeing service provider undertook to take; or
(ii) that were recommended; and
(b) any recommendation of action that a mental health and wellbeing service provider should take and the time within which to carry out the recommendation; and
(c) the time within which a mental health and wellbeing service provider must provide a written response to the follow up investigation report to the Commission; and
(d) if so requested by a person or a mental health and wellbeing service provider who made submissions in the investigation and against whom the Commission has made adverse findings or comments, a summary of the submissions made in relation to those adverse findings or comments.
