(1) The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission may conduct a review of any information given to the Commission in dealing with a complaint or in the conduct of an investigation under Part 9.4, if the Commission reasonably believes persistent or recurrent issues related to the provision of a mental health and wellbeing service may be identified by the conduct of a review.
(2) The Commission may provide advice based on the results of a complaint data review to a mental health and wellbeing service provider regarding the provision of a mental health and wellbeing service.
