Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A quorum at a meeting of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board is half the number of directors appointed plus one additional appointed director.
(2) The chairperson of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board has an additional or casting vote in the event of an equality of votes.
(3) Subject to this section, the procedure of the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Board is otherwise at the discretion of the Board.
