MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 - SECT 724

The health information or personal information of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is to be treated in a manner that—

        (a)     promotes self-determination; and

        (b)     is culturally safe, acknowledging connections to family, kin and community.
