Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An appointment or a delegation of powers or functions made under this Act (other than an appointment or delegation made under Chapter 7) is not invalid only because of a defect or irregularity in the form or process of the appointment or delegation.
(2) An act or a decision of a person under this Act is not invalid only because of any defect or irregularity in the form or process of the person's appointment.
