MELBOURNE MARKET AUTHORITY ACT 1977 - SECT 13

An act or decision of the Authority is not invalid by reason only of—

        (a)     a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of a member; or

        (b)     a vacancy in the office of member.
