MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT (STANDARDS) ACT 1978 - SECT 1

Short title and commencement

S. 1(1) amended by No. 5/2019 s. 72(2).

    (1)     This Act may be cited as the Members of Parliament (Standards) Act 1978 .

    (2)     This Act shall come into operation on the day upon which it receives the Royal Assent.

S. 1(3) repealed by No. 5/2019 s. 73(2).
