MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1990 - SECT 101
Evidence not admissible in other proceedings
Evidence given to a mining warden must not be used in any proceedings (whether
civil or criminal) before a court or tribunal except proceedings for an
offence against this Act or for perjury.
