Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A claim for compensation for any loss or damage may be made under section 110AE at any time until the end of the period of 2 years after the day on which the Minister, an authorised person or a person assisting an authorised person finishes taking the action under section 110AB.
(2) In this section, "authorised person" has the same meaning as in section 110AC.
