Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) On the removal of a registered post-closure plan under section 84AZZM(2)(b) from the declared mine land register, the Rehabilitation Authority must as soon as practicable lodge with the Registrar notice of any land affected by the removal.
(2) On receipt of the notice under this section the Registrar must make any recording in the Register of land that is necessary or convenient for the purpose of giving effect to the notice.
