MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 - SECT 173A

Suspension and cancellation of inactive pilot licences

Subject to section 173B, Safe Transport Victoria may suspend or cancel a pilot licence if Safe Transport Victoria is satisfied that the person who holds that licence—

        (a)     has not acted as a pilot for a period of at least 12 months; or

        (b)     does not intend to act as a pilot.
