MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 - SECT 228

Requirement as to notification of licence condition

Safe Transport Victoria must not impose or vary a condition under section 227 unless Safe Transport Victoria has first given written notice to the holder of the harbour master licence that it intends to do so.
